HOW IT WORKS

The programs blend into one another. For example, if you start with the Velo Phase program, after your scheduled pulldowns (let’s say 4-6 weeks of pulldowns for example), you will ultimately blend into the On-Ramp Phase. Then, once the season approaches, you’ll transition into In-Season program, etc.

The Vital Thrower programs contain throwing template outlines, impulse training, ROM/correctives work, joint health work and full arm care routines. These Vital Thrower programs do NOT contain lifting programs. For those options, click here: All Vital Programming Options

The programs are customized via Google Form submission upon purchase of the program, but if a phone call is requested by the athlete to answer questions or programming details as well, that can be arranged after purchase of the program

Vital Throw Services

1. In-Season (Fall/Summer/Spring) - Intended for those who need a routine/schedule to keep them primed during their training and seasons. For any high school, collegiate or professional athlete that needs to keep their arm fresh and electric for their outings.

2. On-Ramp/Build-Up Phase - Intended for those who look to step on the mound for bullpens 1-2 times per week, command the zone and keep workload management in check. Maybe an athlete who’s coming off injury or deload, or an athlete fresh and ready to ramp up some intensity on the mound or in lives.

3. Velo Phase - We rip it here. Straight velocity training. Heavy ROM and impulse work, extended throwing sessions with high volume and pull-down variations. The most customized of all the options by far, with extreme detail to ensure workload management is perfect.

4. Discomfort/ArmCare/Deload Phase - Can be no-throw, light tossing phase, or a supplemental package for arm care. Efficient for those who just wanna hammer arm strength, rehab and impulses and get their arm like a steel cable rod. Most heavily requested option for a while and excited to bring it to the table.

Instructions

Step 1) Complete the subscription link above. I will receive an email with your email address and notification of the subscription. You will choose which program you are intending to purchase in the link 

Step 2) After payment, you will be emailed a form directly indicating what service type you are purchasing, training history, injury history, current stage of play, etc

Step 3) Program link will then be shared with you and emailed to you. Each workout plan for the upcoming week will be uploaded for you to view

Step 4) You will continue to see 6-7 day-a-week throwing workouts each week for the duration of the time that you’re training. Payment plans are monthly subscriptions, and can be canceled anytime.
