The programs blend into one another. For example, if you start with the Velo Phase program, after your scheduled pulldowns (let’s say 4-6 weeks of pulldowns for example), you will ultimately blend into the On-Ramp Phase. Then, once the season approaches, you’ll transition into In-Season program, etc.

The programs are customized via Google Form submission upon purchase of the program, but if a phone call is requested by the athlete to answer questions or programming details as well, that can be arranged after purchase of the program
