Nutrition/Light Guide
The purpose of this doc is to:
1) give you a very basic understanding of how i view nutrition - why the sourcing of your food is vital and what to look for, how to determine what your body likes to eat based on it’s response, considerations for gaining/losing weight, and how to become more intuitive with what you put into your body.
2) to provide an understanding around light - what light is composed of, the differing effect different spectrums of light have, and how to use it to your greatest advantage as an athlete or human being.
It is for the individual that simply wants to take these fundamental aspects that are a part of your everyday life, and allow them to work for you, instead of against you.
