4 Week Program Human Athlete

Each training day (5 in total each week, 20 in total over the course of the 4 weeks) will be different. Two of the days each week are upper body focused. 2 of the days each week are lower body focused. And the 5th day is biased towards overall health and performance. Sprints and jumps, impulses, joint moves, slow lowers, heavy lifts, range work, rebound reps, etc - everything you see in training from DAC is included within this program.

It is designed for the individual who no longer plays serious competitive sports, but still wants to push, train hard, and continue to grow.
