The basic purpose of this doc is to:

1) provide you with the reason joint moves are used - understanding that our body is made of a series of joints and muscles that control those joints and that by moving every joint you have in every direction it can move, we start to build a base to operate off for more complex moves.

2) provide you not only with the joint moves themselves to use, but also an understanding of varying set and rep schemes you can use at different times depending on the adaptation you’re looking to create with them.
