60 Minute Phone Consultation

Cost: $150

This is designed to suit either the coach or the athlete. I’ve included 3 options below, but this is super flexible and we will cover whatever we can cover in an hour, on the topic(s) that you want to go down.

The 3 options:

1. We go through a live training session that is part training, part education. You will be doing a variety of ISO’s and contraction patterns, as we build the model for what we’re looking for as well as how these are most optimally implemented.
2. We dive down the human experience rabbit hole, looking at what makes up the bedrock programming of the human. We’ll cover thoughts/intentions, feelings/emotions, energy/matter, and how the mechanics of all this come together to form our own perceptions and reality. This provides the foundation for creating change.
3. If you do not want to go down either of the specific routes mentioned above, then this third option is for you. You will email your questions to me beforehand, and we’ll cover the specific topics you would like to cover.
