4 Week Program Speed Athlete

Brief Overview:

Each training day (5 in total each week, 20 in total over the course of the 4 weeks) will be different. Two of the days each week are upper body focused. 2 of the days each week are lower body focused. And the 5th day is biased towards sprinting faster and jumping higher (3 days each week with some form of sprinting or jumping is the general rule). Impulses, joint moves, slow lowers, heavy lifts, range work, rebound reps, etc - everything you see in training from DAC is included within this program.

It is designed for the individual who wants to get faster and jump higher, and is what I recommend for any field sport athlete that does not do overhead throwing, but wants to get involved with DAC in the form of a 4 week program.
