(cost: $300/month if fully healthy - $350/month first 2 months if minor injury, then $300/month after that - $400/month for the first 2 months if coming off surgery, then $300/month after that)

How the 1-on-1 training works

We start with a FaceTime call, going through your current situation (the primary reason behind why you’re beginning training) as well as a full injury and training/performance history. The goal of this first call is to #1 get clear on why you’re training and #2 take in the entirety of your story as that story has a massive impact not only in terms of the actual physical side (injury, training history, etc) but also on how you interpret and perceive your training/healing/performance on the day to day. The goal with this call is for us to exchange all the information we need to then guide what we’ll be doing on the day to day afterward.

Following that call, we start the “normal” day to day training. This consists of daily training plans sent to you a day in advance, up to 6 days a week (fewer if schedule/other factors don’t allow it). For the first 2-4 sessions you will be uploading training videos of each exercise to allow me to get a feel for how you move, and then after that we cut the videos down to only those we decide we wanna see.

We continue to utilize that structure for the duration of time you’re doing the training.

In addition, you will also receive full access (even when done training) of The Vitals. These consist of:

-nutrition guide

-light guide

-”basic” training/human/adaptation concepts

-2 hour discussion on thoughts/intentions + feelings/emotions and how to interpret and utilize them

-7-10 shorter videos on various training topics (6-10 minutes each)

We will be communicating on a daily basis when or if needed, and you can ask anything you want. This is the all-in deal.
