Slow Lower Series

The basic purpose of this series is to:

1) provide an understanding of what a slow lower is - an opportunity to learn how to utilize your body in the way that it was designed to be used, and how doing so can increase capacity by improving your ability to recover as you work.

2) provide practical slow lowers you can take and utilize right away as part of your programming.

If you’ve seen the slow lowers and don’t quite understand what we’re looking to get out of them, how to do them, how they’re different from ISO’s, etc - this is the document for you.
