4 Week Overhead Rotational Athlete
Brief Overview:
Each training day (5 in total each week, 20 in total over the course of the 4 weeks) will be different. Two of the days each week are upper body focused. 2 of the days each week are lower body focused. And the 5th day is biased towards arm health and rotational output. Sprints and jumps, impulses, joint moves, slow lowers, heavy lifts, range work, rebound reps, etc - everything you see in training from DAC is included within this program.
It is designed for the individual who plays an overhead or rotational sport and wants to improve everything while specifically biasing arm health and ability to rotate (baseball, volleyball, tennis, etc).
