Services Include
All services include impulse training, ROM, correctives, plyo drills, joint moves
- In-Season Phase - For athletes headed into Fall, Spring or Summer ball. Intended for those who need a guideline and plan to keep their arms in shape for the long season ahead
- On-Ramp/Build-Up Phase - For those coming off a deload or shut-down, or for those going into the Off-Season and need a ramp-up to get back for in-season training
- Pulldown/Velo Phase - Straight velo. You know the drill. Whether it’s pulldowns, long-toss, shuffle variations, plyo velo, etc. Custom to whatever you need. Much higher intent when it comes to impulse training and ROM guides compared to other programs listed
- Discomfort/ArmCare/Deload Phase - Intended for those who either injured/in-discomfort and need a guideline or for those who are completely deloading or shut-down and need to keep their range in shape. Much similar to the Rehab Basics (2-week) program in the Arm Care Services/Vitals, but much more in depth
Upon completing payment you will be given a form to fill out for your training needs (background, injury history, goals, complications, request, etc). After payment/form is filled out, you will receive your program within 24-48 hours via email
