Just because the rehab from the surgery is done doesn’t mean you’re good as it relates to what you wanted to do AFTER and in the FUTURE
Just because my pec doesn’t hurt, doesn’t mean I’m healthy as it relates to benching 405... BECAUSE I CURRENTLY CAN’T DO IT SO I’M NOT - body doesn’t lie

When you get healthy
Create a scenario for yourself where you are not
And then train AS IF you are injured for that lack of performance - because you ARE
Your lack of performance is an INJURY that needs to be rehabbed from

I am injured as it relates to being able to bench 405 right now
My body will not allow me
It puts on brakes and inhibitors
It will not create that amount of output
WHICH IS AN INJURY

Create the chaos or it will be created for you
