You Should Be Experiencing New Things

What are you willing to experience, right?

It happens in the moment

You, i, we’ll read or write it here

Yeah dude, what am i willing to experience???

But then into the session

And it’s like there’s something wrong with what you’re asking yourself to experience

At least that’s the way i feel sometimes

Why am i asking myself to do this? Do i have to? I’ll get annoyed, frustrated, antagonistic

All things I’ll feel

But

Does not have to alter the actual ACTION that is being taken

Because

Willing to experience ”why, do i have to, annoyance, frustration, antagonism” - all without it altering the actual route

So why AREN’T you training?

Why AREN’T you asking yourself to experience something new, something different, somewhere you’ve never been before?

It’s a misinterpretation of feedback

Cause all those things mentioned above are feedback

Feedback saying hey man we’ve never been here before

And i, or you, instead of backing off can be like… “yeah exactly. That’s the point. Welcome to me, my new sensations, feelings, and emotions”
