You’ll Get Better If You Stop Doing This

Guys, quit throwing one or two exercises together from 50 different programs and thinking you're doing something that is going to be effective.

 If your intent is to simply try and learn, that's absolutely great. If your intent is to get a program that actually works and something that is gonna drive you towards your goals from someone that knows what they're doing, then understand that skipping around is not going to accomplish that. 

Pulling three different exercises from a bunch of people that you see on social media, putting them together randomly, and then being like: “Oh well, I don't know why this isn't working, I’m using some of what I got from DAC,  and I'm doing some with this program over here, and that one over there, and I wonder why I’m not getting any results.” 

If that's what you're doing, just putting together a bunch of different exercises from a bunch of different programs, then you're not actually utilizing anything from any one of those people or any one of those programs. Doing so, actually USING a program, would mean DOING program in its entirety, right?
