So when it comes to talking about preparing you for your sport we have to have actual practical physical application

Which means exercises

Cause it’d be laughable to be like

Oh yeah bro we gonna train you to throw 100 for 200+ innings next year

And then throw DB BP, dead bug rows (is that a thing???) and hip flexor couch stretches at you

Like nah dude

You wanna be able to handle intense the things we throw at you has to match it


So this is some practical examples of that

And, keep in mind too

You’re the being that injects yourself into this too

Like it’s not coming from me

Yeah I’ll write it

But you gotta freaking do it

If you’re not actively in there attempting to do it better than you’ve ever done before

It’s not gonna do anything

We need both

The correct framework - the program, the outline, the exercises

AND we need you pushing yourself to the limit of what you can do

Get that

And we have lethal freaking combo
