Why You've Plateaued

Why You've Plateaued

July 21, 2025

Instead of being consistent in your training, look to actually move a needle or move a stat in something that you're doing every single day. So instead of going and doing a deep push-up iso hold for the same amount of time for years on end and never actually getting it higher, instead of doing that, actually go to move the needle and go longer than you've ever gone before.

Like go with the intent to actually do something, actually make change rather than just being consistent with a training session. Because yes, being consistent with the training session is what leads to that progress.

But if the only thing that we try to do is be consistent, then what ends up happening is you stay stagnant with all your numbers, with all your times, with all your outputs. You stay stagnant with those over time because we're not actually taking the extra little oomph that it requires to actually move a needle or move a stat in something. So that's the goal. Move an actual needle, move an actual stat.

Don't just do the training, but actually get better at something on each day that you're doing it.
