In order to prepare your system, you have to know what you are preparing for, right? If you don't look at what it is that you are actually preparing for — the sport that you are attempting to play, the rehab that you are attempting to do, whatever it is that you are actually preparing for — then you don't know what the preparation that you need to do is.

And so instead of looking at the preparation or the preparing as just like training or weightlifting, look at it as: what is it that you need to prepare for, and what is it that I actually need to do to do that.

That is maybe why a lot of the training or stuff that we do looks different, is because we are looking at what it is that we actually need to prepare for. We are not just trying to train. We are not just trying to weightlift. We are trying to actually prepare you for that thing.
