Which Training Is Best?


The training that you should do is the training that makes sense to you. Like the training that you look at and that you resonate with and that you connect with is what you should do. And the reason that I say that is because if I look at what I'm doing now as compared to what I was doing, let's say six years ago or seven years ago, I would not do well with what I'm doing now, six or seven years ago, because I did not actually understand it and I did not believe in it. 

Just like I would not do well doing what I did six or seven years ago, now because now I’ll look at it and I think it's dated and I don't think it's the best thing for me to do.

The best thing for you to do, the best training for you to do, is what you look at, what you resonate with, and what you believe in. 

Everything that you have into that, for as long as you are like connecting to that. And as long as it's providing progress for you. And then, once you've squeezed every little ounce that you can out of that, then it might be time to move on to the next thing. But for right now, in terms of what decision to make, look at what it is that makes sense to you that you connect with, do that, and throw yourself fully into that.
