When You're Tired Of Guessing With Your Body

If you can understand what the signals your body is giving you mean, then you don't have to walk around and be afraid of it.

Like if you go to your doctor or you go to your coach or you go to your trainer and they're like, "Just rest when something hurts," or, "Just take some time when something's in pain" and see if it goes away, or try this to see if it goes away, or try that to see if it goes away. 

Understand those things are not what is actually going to solve the issue. It's a side effect of not actually knowing what causes that pain, what causes that inhibition.

If you know what causes it, then you can take action right then and there to actually handle it. Instead of waiting, instead of thinking that rest or instead of thinking that time is going to be what allows it to heal or allows it to come back.

So start looking at: Do you actually know how to handle these things when sensations, when pain, when inhibitions come up in your body?
