When You're Feeling Stuck in Your Strength Training

Always remember that it is an option. If you know that what you're doing isn't what you need to do, if you know that your PT that you're doing, or the strength program that you're doing. Like if you know that the three sets of 10 that you're doing or the non-stimulating 20 minutes in and out, same thing every day that you're doing isn't working, you are not stuck in that. You do not have to stay stuck in that. You do not have to keep doing that. You can change and you can do something different.
No matter the scenario, you can always get out of that if you actually present yourself with the opportunity to do that. If you're willing to put in the effort, you're willing to communicate, you're willing to actually do what it takes to get yourself out of that situation, you can do that. Just do not think that you have to be stuck in scenarios.
If you're stuck in something that you don't wanna be in, look at what can I do to actually get out and then take the actual action. Don't just think about it, right? Don't just write it down. Take the actual action to change something and do something different that you know is what you need to do.
