When You're Continually Worried About Your Body

If you're feeling like every time something happens to your body, you have to go get it checked out, or you have to get an MRI, or have to get it worked on, there's likely something there within your viewpoint, within your education, within how you look at your body and pain and sensation, that is a little bit off. Because we were not designed to have to be worried and anxious about what is happening with our body every single second, right?

And so if that's the case for you, all we need to do is get you to a point where we have a different education. Where you understand, this is why this pain is presenting, this is why this sensation is presenting.

And then instead of being worried or anxious about it, we can then look at it as simply info — data that your body is providing you — instead of something to be scared of and something to be afraid of. We can look at it as data and info. Then we can use that to actually handle it without you having to feel like you're always needing to get it checked out and you don't know what's going on with it.
