When You're Bogged Down With Training

Because training can be so difficult, I think sometimes it's easy to get to the point where you don't look at the potential of what you can create, right? We tend to focus on, this is what is hard, this is what is difficult.

And then when we get in the day-to-day, kind of like whatever is going on with your team, with your sport, with those things that are difficult, it's hard to sometimes see out of the little bubble that we're in of, like, this is all the stuff that's going on, this is what makes it difficult.

But if we can elevate our viewpoint a little bit and get out of that, we can remember, this is the reason that we're actually training, this is the reason that we're doing this, and this is what I can create, right?

Keep the attention, keep the focus on this is what I can create, rather than this is all the difficulty or chaos that's going on day-to-day. Get above that, this is what I can create, and then use that to help keep you going on that process.
