When Plateaued In Your Training

You have to actually try to lift more weight

You have to actually try to get into more range

You have to actually try to be more loose, to jump higher, to sprint faster

It does not come by just getting in the gym

It comes through being a savage about how closely you actually monitor yourself to make sure you’re pushing that needle

I have noticed this a good bit myself

Sometimes I’ll get in the habit of just going in to train

Like ah yeah, it’s that time of the day, gotta go make sure i get the training in

Check the box, get it done, move on

I put in “good enough” effort right?

But things never change then, you see?

Cause all I’m doing is running around on the same circuit

There is no push to change

There is no like “what are you doing” moment to wake me up and remind me that I’m actually here right now and that if i DON’T push I’m just wasting and adding time

Do you get it, do you see?

If you aren’t making the changes you want. If you’re still stuck with the same injuries, the same pains, the same discomforts, the same performance level

You’re probably not even aware of how stuck in the habit you are

That’s why sometimes i walk around screaming or talking to myself or just being like bro what are you doing

Cause if there’s no external stimulus to pull that out of me, I have to be the stimulus for myself

Let yourself get and be a little crazy

Nothing else pays
