What To Do With Inflammation

When or if you go to the doctor's office and you're told that you have inflammation, if the reason that you went to the doctor's office in the first place was that you had some type of pain or tightness, the doctor telling you that you have inflammation is simply reinforcing what you already knew. Because you're not going to have pain without inflammation, and you're generally not going to have tightness without inflammation.
And so, getting told that you have inflammation does not change anything; it does not create an injury for you. It was already there; the pain was already there; the inflammation was already there. When you went to the doctor, they just told you that it was there. But you already know it's there if you have pain, and that's not necessarily a problem.
The inflammation is a response from the injury that caused the pain, right? So the inflammation is helping to resolve what the initial injury was. And so just hearing that you have inflammation, but like, we don't need to just minimize or get rid of the inflammation; we need to allow that process to happen to actually allow it to heal and help to recover what the initial injury was.
