What To Do When You Don't Like Your Training

If you're going to PT when you know that it doesn't work, or you're still doing foam rolling when you know it's not the best thing for you to do, or you're still... whining and complaining about the training that you have to do with your school when you know it's not the best thing for you.
Telling somebody that you're doing those things because you quote-unquote have to, is not helping you.
What that's doing, is that's simply allowing you to stay in a position that you know is not optimal, and you're explaining the reason for you to do it, and you're looking for somebody else to confirm that it's okay to do that, right? So instead of attempting to do that, look to actually change the situation or the scenario that you're in.
Take the action that you know you need to take. Do the things that you know you need to do, whether that involves training, whether that involves the people that you're with, the place that you're at, the location that you're in, whatever it is.
Instead of explaining "this is what I'm doing, even though I know it's not the best," instead of doing that, look to actually take the action to change it so that the person that is attempting to help you, can actually help you because you're willing to make those difficult decisions.
