It does NOT have to be that way.
Having fear of your body is not the way we were designed to be
Having uncertainty around what to do to solve it is not the way we were designed to be
We were designed to be able to know EXACTLY what it is that is happening and know EXACTLY what it is you need to do for it

Every ad here and google search there will tell you exactly what is wrong with you. Why it’s scary, why it’s dangerous, why the world is ending with this “one thing” you have
Doesn’t mean you have to listen to them.
It IS possible to not be afraid of your body
To not be worried something is wrong all the time
To actually have CONTROL over that relationship
All it takes is a different education. A different viewpoint. A different way of doing things.
