Justtttt in case we missed it the first time i left it in there THREEEEE times. Talk about anti-algo lolol
(And ya talking bout the band setup)
Cause i think it applies to inconveniences and like actually creating change in your athletic progress
Basically meaning
You are going to have to do the small inconvenient things that you just don’t want to do sometimes in order to actually move your needle
Ya know what I’m talking bout
You eat the way want for 6 meals then you’re like eh one isn’t gonna matter
Or know you coulda added another 10lbs on the lift you did but eh ain’t nobody gonna see
Or can feel you’re distracted during the session but refuse to actually take a look at it and roll through giving yourself a pretend pat on the back cause that feels better than actually looking at it
It’s like the daunting and never ending little things that you really just don’t want to do sometimes
But then they just don’t leave
And you can see it when you don’t do it
I know man i see the same thing
I think this is why progress tends to stop when you reach that like 90-95% mark
Where it’s like all the kinda big stuff you have right, you’re doing most of it and at a really good level
And there’s really not that much more to go
And to get that little bit that is left to go (92-7 or 4.5 to 4.4, etc) it’s gonna take a massive effort and a massive push where you just absolutely refuse to NOT do what you need to do REGARDLESS of how you’re feeling
Sometimes that means you’ll do it stone cold, sometimes that means you’ll do it laughing at the ridiculousness the whole time, sometimes that means you’ll do it wanting to collapse convinced no one has it as bad as you
Buttttt if you want it, you’ll still do it
