So all of these are shoulder exercises right
The reason that asking “what shoulder exercise can i do to fix my shoulder pain” doesn’t work
Is because the issue is multifactorial
Or more simply - lotta things we can do with the shoulder, and a lot of different things it has the capacity to do
So if you’re like what exercise do i do for my shoulder pain
And I’m like the first two in the video above
That covers some degree of range of flexion and extension, as well as some level of seratus strength, keeping the scap on the ribcage
But it doesn’t cover external rotation. Doesn’t cover full extension or flexion. Doesn’t cover abduction, adduction, internal rotation
Doesn’t cover how the elbow works and connects to it
Doesn’t cover how the finger connects and work with it
Doesn’t cover where your mind goes when you feel pain
Or how you handle it emotionally
Doesn’t cover what happens if you’re asked to do something for a very long time
Doesn’t cover if it can take high impact
Etc etc etc
I think you get my point
But let’s not throw too much in here and miss the point
If you have pain or if you have an injury or hell even if you’re just trying to prepare yourself for sport…
Asking “what 3 exercises” is an extreme disservice to what you COULD do if you actually trained.
