Train In The Present Moment

Train In The Present Moment

What happens is one action you take is successful and then you think you have to repeat that action to be successful again

Like the last time you went and threw you felt realllyyyyyy loose and it went realllyyyyy well so now you think every time you go throw you have to be loose in order to be good

Or you had a day where you didn’t really care that much and that took pressure off and you were able to perform well so now you walk around trying to act like you don’t care ALL the time cause you’re trying to recreate it and not feel pressure

Reality tho is the initial situation was real and the second one was not

See there was a reason you felt the way you did that first time

But the 2nd time there wasn’t other than you were worried that if you didn’t repeat the way you were last time then you wouldn’t get the same outcome

So then you tried to force it

Didn’t go well

Were like well now i feel lost and don’t know how to be or to feel, what do i do

Then you LEGIT attempt to work through that situation. Really try to figure it out

And you come to some conclusion - some REAL conclusion, and then it goes well again cause you aren’t acting or trying or pretending, you’re just doing

Let your past actions be your past actions. As soon as it’s done, it’s done. You do not have to be that way again to get a good result. You don’t have to lock yourself into this one way

You can change adapt and mold

Sometimes be serious. Sometimes be funny. Sometimes be non chalant

What is actually you and what is actually true at that time?

THAT is what will bring about the outcome - not cause you’re trying to, just cause it’s real
