Time Management And Training

I think a lot of guys don't get in what they need in terms of preparation, not because they don't know what to do, or not because they don't have access to the program, but simply because of a time management or a schedule management thing.
If you're not able to put together a schedule in which you can actually have time where you have 30 minutes or 60 minutes or 75 minutes or whatever it is, to do what you need to do, in addition to what your team is having you do, then it's going to be very difficult for you to actually get done what you need to get done, right?
So, at a base level, yes, the training that we do, we want that to be as good as possible, you also have to be good at actually managing your time, looking at what are the things in your day that you actually need to get done.
Where are you spending 20 minutes where you don't need to spend? Where are you spending 10 minutes where you don't need to spend? Where are you wasting 30 minutes? Where are these areas that you can adjust, so you can actually get in what you need to get in?
If that's something that feels too stressful, then it's fine. It's just like, look at what is it that you actually want, right? What is it that you actually want to commit to? What is it that you actually want to put your attention on? What is it that you actually want to put energy into, right? And be real with yourself about what that is.
Then, if the training, if the performance, and if the preparation is one of those things, then set yourself up in a way in which you can do those by cutting out those areas which are wasting time or don't need to be in there.
