There Is No Secret In Training But Understanding This Helps

Alright so there’s a lot going on in the video above - gonna attempt to break it down here to make sense
Basic thought is you cannot be good at processing just one thing
Meaning
You cannot only be good at getting really hype and outputting a ton
But you also can’t NOT be able to do that - you can’t be opposed to that or have a fear or resistance to that
Otherwise… you won’t be able to do it
You cannot only be good at handling exercises that suck a lot for a really long time and never caving to it
But you also can’t NOT be able to do that - you cannot have a fear or resistance to going in and doing stuff you know is going to suck while knowing it’s gonna take a ton out of you to actually give a true effort on it - you need to be able to do that
Also - you cannot view training as a purely mental/emotional/spiritual activity - the physicality is a massive piece
Like if the ONLY thing your training is directed at is being able to execute your intent onto things, you’re going to miss little important pieces like taking care of all the joints and all the little cracks and crevices we have that can get tight and locked down - the physicality, the exercises you do ACTUALLY MATTER
So when or if the question is how do I know what is going on… that’s it. THAT is the answer.
We don’t want to train you to get good at a lift or get good at output or get mobile or get fast
We want to be able to access every single one of those things.
Not because it’s programmed. Or because it’s tues which is output day. Or because whatever
But because we have trained you to be able to control your system in a way in which you can go from high output to long and slow to rapid and fast and back to output and then back to joint care
Etc etc etc
