When you come across difficulty in your preparation where it feels like you don't want to do it anymore, it's too difficult, it's more than you can handle. See if you can take and put your attention on the actual thing that you're creating, right? Because where we put our attention is where our energy goes. And then that is what we see more of within our environment or within our life.

 So if you can look at this end thing that you're looking to get to. You can do whatever you want, whenever you want, in whatever environment you want, and that is what you're training for. So you can jump whenever you want, you can sprint whenever you want, you can throw whenever you want, you can handle whatever load you want.

Like, you can do these things at any point that you want. You have total freedom with your body and with yourself. If you keep your attention on that, then the work that you're doing to get there then becomes more doable. Right? But if you get into a point where you know it's five days, six days, seven days, straight of training, like, really hard. You can kind of get buried in that dump. Take and put your attention back on what you're doing it for— the possibility of the freedom of what you're training for. then that can help to pull you through.
