Whether someone does their preparation through me or through us or through someone else or does it by themselves, whatever, right? You have to feel like what you're doing is what you need to be doing. If you don't feel like what you're doing is what you need to be doing, then there's going to be conflict.

There's going to be this resistance within you where you're like, "I know I'm not doing what I can be. I know I'm not doing what I need to be." And that's going to cause you to not be able to go out and perform the way that you want to perform.

So, whoever it is that you get it from—from yourself, from someone else, from us—whoever it is that you get it from—you have to be okay with it. You have to know that it's what you need to do.

Because if that's not in place, then you have no chance of actually physically doing what you need to do. So it starts with you understanding, knowing, "I can feel that this is right. I can feel that this is what I need to do." And then you actually physically do the work.
