So when it comes to food and nutrition, I don't really think much about, like, I mean, I do consider how much protein I get, how many carbs I get, how many of the macros and all the micros I get. Like, I do consider that. But what I would say is the primary thing that I put the focus on is the source of where it comes from, right?

If the source of where it comes from is high quality and is actually good, and the food that you're eating is actually real food, you're going to start to crave that which you need, which will tell you what you need, right? So instead of looking at it like, 'oh, I need to try to shove 200 grams of protein down,' right? Instead of looking at it like that, I focus on what is the quality of the source of the food that I get.

And then, because of that, I tend to get those 200 grams of protein or whatever it is, simply because that's what my body actually needs. And the quality of it is high, right? So what I crave, I can actually eat because it's not just a bunch of junk that I'm putting in.

If you are eating food that is designed or manufactured to have you crave it, then you're going to crave those types of things. But if you don't eat that, and you eat food that has good sourcing, then what you crave will actually be good and beneficial for you, and you'll be able to get in the total amount of food or calories or macros that you need without having to force it down.
