Straight up the reason i push as hard as i do is to test all this stuff on myself first
Not really cause i want to apply it to others. But because i want to see for myself
And then the natural side effect is being able to then apply it to and help others
So it doesn’t really matter what you or I have going on..
The specific joint doesn’t matter - all joints heal the same way
The specific tissue doesn’t matter - a hammy recovers just like a bicep
The specific performance objective makes no difference - jumping higher and running faster are governed by the same principles
Whatever the target is
The body adapts the exact same way based upon what we give it
And it is correct every single time
And understanding this, we can create the effects we want
Easy? Nah. But simple, doable, possible?
