Your body is not dumb, your body is not stupid. It’s not making a mistake. It’s not just being annoying. It’s not trying to fight against you.

Like i get it - it’s annoying your elbow hurts

It really sucks the knee snapped

And the shoulder pop messed up all your plans

100 percent understand that

BUT

It DOES NOT MEAN IT WAS WRONG

Things can not happen incorrectly

Your body cannot do something that goes against the situation it was in

If those things happened, it’s because there was no other option and it HAD to happen based on the specific circumstances of that environment

Again, i know - it sucks

But do not start to hate your body. Do not think it does not want the best for you. It is actually providing you exactly what you need to CONTINUE

If you’ll simply listen to it

Work with it

And put it in position so you CAN do those things you want to do

And start to use it

Real quick: if i could sprint at a cement wall, smash my face on that wall, and feel absolutely nothing i would have no context for what is good or bad or what i should or shouldn’t do
