Learning to control tension
Not as a thought or idea or discussion
But as an actual practice
So on these the intent was not to dig myself into a hole with grit and grime and like ruff ruff type effort
But to be above it, easy and snappy
So i could go forever
Without sacrificing speed or output

This is the challenge
How do you put yourself in a position where you can go high intensity, high volume, and never have to stop
That is the ultimate
And it’s cool
Cause once you set that as the target
Well now training can’t just grind you into the dirt
Cause if it does, you won’t be able to continue
But at the same time
If you don’t do it with high intensity and high volume
Then it won’t prepare you either

It becomes about a state of “being”
Rather than of preparing for future
Be that future right now
You’re not preparing for it
You are prepared for it right now, in this moment, right here
There is nothing else you need to do
Other than do it right now
That’s it
That’s the flip
Stop waiting for some future date
And be it
In the exercise you’re doing, in the breath you’re taking…
