Shoulders
Flexion
Extension
Toes
Feet
Ankles
Elbows
Fingers
Fast
Slow
Heavy
Light
Emotions
Thoughts
Awareness
Discipline
Lightness
Clarity
On
And on
And on
Why?
cause dude if your shoulder can’t handle you rotating 100mph
Then you’re not gonna be able to rotate 100mph
If you don’t have the awareness that you currently don’t rotate 100mph, then there’s no chance you can make any change to GET to 100mph
And if you don’t trust your discipline - not in a beat yourself up way, but in a this is what I’m choosing to do because I want to and it’s the most survival decision type of way - then you won’t have the oomph behind you to follow through to what WOULD lead to 100mph rotation
