Questions To Ask Your Doctor Or PT
Share
Ask your doc, ask your PT - hey man, what could i have done to not have this? To never need this operation you are saying i need or that i just received?
Then listen to the response.
99% will say “not play your sport”. “Taken more rest”.
Or even
There’s nothing you could have done, this is a natural process, it’s something you were born with, etc etc etc
Really, hm. Start asking the people you put trust in questions. And see what that person really knows.
Yeah we goin aggressive here
Cause i think it’s insane to keep doing the same thing we’ve been doing and expect something to change
Why do we continue to ask individuals that have not gotten successful results what we should do?
Why do we continue to hold such a high opinion of what isn’t working?
It’s “working” in the sense that injuries are up
More people than ever are worried and anxious about their health and their body
More people are getting surgeries
Fewer return to sport or life with no considerations
And we are getting better and better at identifying exactly what is wrong and what needs to be operated on
Y’all get it - we are getting better at identifying what is wrong and what needs to be operated on
You will only be getting more and more recommendations for what is wrong with you and what needs fixing with your next procedure in the near future
So anyways, yeah this is what we’re trusting and this is what we’re giving high opinions to
I don’t know man, seems a little whack to me
Like is it successful or should it be something we consider a good solution if the numbers just keep going up?
If the focus is not on how do we keep you healthy to where you never need it, but rather how do we get better at identifying what’s wrong with you so we can operate more?
Is this who we want to trust with your health?
