Put The Motion in Emotion

So emotions are a part of it right
I think it’s directly connected to how much you feel you’re actually doing that is on your course
Like if you’re not, and then you actually try, you’re going to be reminded that you aren’t
But it’s rehabilitative
Like there are these things where you haven’t been the way you wanted, said what you needed, acted the way you desired
And took those little hits, brushed em off. Didn’t look at them. Cause they hurt too much to look at
But then you get back in here and you actually try again
You set from the start i am actually going to attempt to do the best i can here
And then that comes up
Cause you know you should actually try. You know you should say those things. You know you should do those actions
And so when you actually try again. When you start being yourself again. When you don’t hide behind what you don’t have the courage to say or do
You’re reminded that you’re actually a good being
That you actually want to try. That you actually want to do good. That there is no reason to hold back in the first place
