Prepare Differently Before You're Forced To

You don't have to do your split squat, your deadlift, and your three different accessory exercises, and then just go in your sport and hope that you're going to be okay, right? That's the path that a lot of people take until they're forced to change.
I know a lot of guys that start with me, they're basically at a position where they don't have anything else that they can do. They've tried everything else and it just hasn't worked. You don't have to let yourself get to that position.
If you know that doing your 30-to-45-minute session, and doing your split squats, and your deadlifts, and your three different 2x10 arm or scap accessory exercises, if you know that that isn't preparing you, you don't have to keep going until something happens. You can choose to change right now before that happens so that you don't have to go to that quote unquote rock bottom spot to realize, "Oh, I need to do something different."
