And not saying this just cause the exercises in the 2nd half look more intense

And not saying this to talk down on PT or whoever else either

Attempting to take an actual logical look at it

And just see which one makes sense

And yah I give this message a lot

But that’s cause i still talk to dudes who are attempting to come back or prepare through 4x15 of mini shoulder bump anteriorly tilted rotational fluctuation perturbations

So i guess i feel it just needs to be put out there again

And honestly, fine if you disagree

Just my take on what seems to actually make sense.
