To actually become that guy

You have to BE that guy

Training is an assist

But if you have to rely on the training, you’re NOT BEING THAT GUY

Ant Man is gonna be Ant Man regardless of whether he squats deep or squats at the top

Whether he did DAC or did some backyard sock shots into the dryer

He is him because he is him

The individual DRIVES INTO THE TRAINING

The training can only do what the individual is willing to experience

The training can only do WHAT THE INDIVIDUAL IS WILLING TO EXPERIENCE

Period.
