Make Nutrition Simple

Make Nutrition Simple

August 10, 2025

So the way that I handle nutrition is pretty simple. I just want to eat real food and I want to eat it in the way or I want to get it sourced from where it was grown or it was produced in the way that it's supposed to be grown and produced so what that means is like if I'm going to eat food it's actually going to be food I'm going to know what I'm taking I'm going to know that hey this is a piece of meat. This is a potato. This is a string of rice. This is a carrot. This is an apple. This is a pear. And those things are going to be grown and produced in the way that they're supposed to, so that means that there's not a bunch of pesticides, it's not a bunch of that type of stuff.

Then also there's not a bunch of antibiotics, shots, etc. It's like the animals are going to be in the environment that they're supposed to be, if they're, you know, cattle, it's going to be like grass-fed, etc. If it's a pig, like it's going to be, you know, out in the woods where they're supposed to be. If it's a carrot, like it's just going to be straight up grown from the ground, nothing added to it.

And so, if we do that for long periods of time, you can handle whatever it is, whatever the issue is that you're having, because it's just like, that is the way that that food is supposed to be produced.

And it can be very simple, but I think a lot of times we try to complicate it and be; Saying: ‘well, I can't eat this or I can't eat that or I can't eat whatever’. And it's like, okay. Listen to what your body is saying in terms of how it responds to what you eat. And if it doesn't like something that you eat and it produces a bad response, then maybe we don't eat that thing.

But outside of that, if we just look at how the food that you're eating is supposed to be grown and produced, that's what we want to consume, and that's the way that we can make nutrition extremely simple and then also work for long periods of time because then you're also not on some type of restrictive diet with it either.
