Look At What’s In Your Way

Look At What’s In Your Way

Put yourself in a position you don’t have to worry

With your body

With your mind

With your finances

Like if you’re walking around wondering

Is my elbow alright

Is my shoulder going to be okay

Can i make rent next month

I get it

Couple weeks ago my left knee was bugging. And dude, i noticed how much that affected me. Especially with the work i do.

And really it was just because i wasn’t putting in that extra 7 min, literally 7 min, of work i needed to for just a couple days to bring that thing up out of the hole

And with finances, right now we working to get the tax bill down to 0 cause who wanna pay that. So it’s a little like alright what are we doing here, how we going to do this, make sure this is done correctly cause I’ve never done it before

Ya know

So that worry, that anxiety comes from things that really aren’t being attacked

And that’s the point

Take the worry that you have and direct it into what you’re worried about

Your body for example

If you’re walking around, really not sure about it. Not sure how to get it out of pain, not sure if you can trust it, not sure if you need to get it checked out - like whatever

Actually confront that thing, look at it and take an action to start addressing it

This is the DAC thing. It’s not like it’s always perfect, it’s not like it always happens right away

But it’s looking at what is bugging you, what is bothering you. Refusing to go unaware to it, and attacking that till it’s handled and gone

Way of life man.
