Translate the bench into throwing or sprinting or jumping
Like instead of 50 BP reps that you can recover from (only 40 here cause didn’t record the first 10)
100 throws or 60 min of sprints or 50 high effort dunks
Like whatever the thing is for you
Literally think about it like this
The exact external thing you see - whether a bench or a throw or a sprint or a jump
Is just a sequence of different joint movements put together at different speeds
But what it takes to recover from one, will also give you what it takes to recover from the others
The base base principle of it, ya know
So yeah, this is what we’re going for.
For you to go do your version of your performance
And not have that stuff affect you
I mean literally
