Impact is not bad on your body

You do it everyday when you walk, you do it every day when you run

And if you can no longer do it

It’s either because at one point you did it to a level you weren’t prepared for and you had an injury and never properly rehabbed that injury or you never had the data that said you could prepare yourself to that level in the first place

Regardless of which it is

You are not stuck there

Done properly, it can be worked back

No matter what level its at
