In A Continual Fight Against your Body?

If you can get to the point where you understand that your body doesn't give you an incorrect symptom, that your body doesn't give you an incorrect sensation, an incorrect pain, or an incorrect inhibition. It doesn't give you anything that is wrong. Then you can start to look at and actually address that which is happening to you.
Because if you're looking at these different pains, sensations, etc. as things that are simply against what you want to do and you think that your body is trying to fight you, then it becomes something that is difficult to handle.
But if you understand that there's actually a reason that that is happening, it allows you to take that lens off of - “this is just getting in my way” and actually look at it so that it can be handled and addressed.
