Speed up the force your tendons, muscles, ligaments have to accept to make what used to seem fast feel slow

 A DB bench will not do this

A wall slide will not do this

A forward lunge with overhead reach and a twist will not do this

What does this are moves that actually do it

So in the above moves - got a band attached that swings the hyper arm faster than normal

Added weight to it

Then pulled it out with the leg, let the band pull the hyper back, and then accelerated into that with the arm

Made the collision speed faster than anything I’ve experienced thus far for those positions

You will struggle with the problem you create for yourself

So if what you’re preparing for is

Throwing 95

Enduring a full season

Being able to go to work, pick up your kids, support your family

You’ll struggle with it

Change it to

Throwing 115

Enduring the worst season of your life twice in a one season time period

And having so much for yourself and your family you don’t know what to do with it

Then the firstly mentioned targets will no longer be struggled with

That principle is the reason for the accelerated hyper moves, as applied to the arm
