If you want to get faster and sprinting more just isn’t working

Cuing yourself higher knee drive and punching the ground and be loose or be tense or whatever… isn’t working either

Then you may need to actually change who you are

Like actually turn yourself into the person that has NO CHOICE but to be that dude


Which i think is a really interesting flip

If you think about preparation as not trying to put everything together perfectly so when it’s synced up you can sprint or jump or throw exactly how you want

Not think about it that way

But instead think about it like

I want to put myself in a position where NO MATTER WHAT

I have no choice but to be freaky

I mean

That could flip your whole career

Cause now you’re not worried about it anymore

It’s who you are

Not something you have to try to be

Or something you need to habit or trick yourself into
