The more you have to talk yourself into thinking that you're prepared, the less actually physically prepared you are.

What I mean by that is if you're actually truly prepared for what it is that you're going to ask yourself to do, you will not have to talk yourself into it. You will simply be it because you have done it. You have experienced it.

So our goal is not to have you have to talk yourself into being prepared. It's to actually do the work and feel for yourself, experience for yourself that you are prepared, and then you can just go do and you don't have to think.
